1850 Pencil Drawing of Mother and Child. 1850 Pencil Drawing of Mother and Child and additional sketches. Extremely beautiful drawing of a Mother and Child (Maternity image) or Virgin Mary. This entire drawing is masterfully drawn. The quality of the draftsmanship is that of a renown artist, but it is not signed. There is an additional pencil sketch at bottom right of the drawing, that of an elderly woman and child. Condition: Condition is commensurate with age and use. Very thin paper pasted on top of another paper.

Thin paper has minor creases, stains and foxing. Measurements: 13 1/4 x 9 1/2 inches. All items for sale are vintage or antique and it may show evidence of wear. Please see condition report and photos. I try to describe the items to the best of my ability.
