Royal House Antiques is delighted to offer for sale this lovely original Victorian armchair with period Porcelain castors in Calico upholstery in the style of Howard & Son's Bridgewater model. A very good-looking period example, this chair can be used as it is in the calico upholstery however calico is used as a base lining for a customer to add their own upholstery. The chair retains the period Victorian Porcelain castors and lovely hand carved and turned legs, it is based on the Howard & Son's Bridgewater model however this frame is a bit more fancy and certainly more interesting to look at. The chair has been lightly restored to include the timber being cleaned waxed and polished. Height:- 74cm, seat height 35.5cm.
