THE PAINTING IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION AND I BELIEVE IS PAINTED ON SOME TYPE OF METAL, THE FRAME LOOKS TO HAVE BEEN PROFESSIONALLY RESTORED AT SOME POINT WITH A NEW OUTER BORDER ADDED ALONG WITH SOME RESTORATIONS TO THE DECORATION AND NEW PAINT, THERE ARE A FEW NEW BLEMISHES AND SMALL LOSSES SINCE THEN.
