Antique Victorian Bisque Smoking Cigarette Boy Children Figurine Match Holder

This is a wonderful hand painted antique Victorian era unmarked bisque figurine of two boys smoking cigarettes from a bisque doll collectors estate. Measures 7 5/8" tall by 3 7/8" across. Has a basket on backside that may be for matches or cigarettes possibly.

Has the price she paid for it on bottom. I see two small white spots on the grass.

I dont know if it is a paint miss area or damage. See my close up and you decide.
